In 2013 four of the world’s most experienced female adventurers take on the Ultimate Trilogy of modern day exploration and adventure. 2000km of wilderness terrain covered in 10 weeks by human power: skiing, rowing, walking, climbing.
The Ultimate Trilogy is an exceptional endurance challenge combining ice, ocean and altitude in an arduous multi-dimensional wilderness journey in South America. A ski traverse across the remote northern Patagonian icecap leads to an ocean rowing boat taken through the fjords to the Pacific, and along 1,500 km of the Chile coastline. From the port of Valparaíso the journey goes from the sea shore to the summit of Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Americas.
